Ingredients-

Take 2-3 spinach leaves, a few mint leaves,1 tomato,1 carrot,1 beetroot,(Take a tomato, carrot, beetroot chopped) and Water.

Process-

Take the above items in the grinder and grind them with water. And your Antioxidant juice is ready to drink. This drink is good for the skin. It should be taken with breakfast.

Ingredients- Take 2 fresh tomatoes, a pinch of black salt for a test, black pepper 1 tsp

Cucumber juice

Ingredients-Take one fresh cucumber, lemon.

Cut cucumber from both edges and peel off. Make slices of cucumber.

Process-Place them into the blender. add some mint leaves and a small piece of ginger. You can add black salt if you like and add a few drops of lemon. grind it for 2-3 minutes. Put it in the glass. yes! tasty juice is ready. You may add 1 TSP lemon juice also.

When cucumber is combined with mint it quenches thirst. it also reduces puffiness and gives clear, radiant skin.

C) Grapes and mint juice

Ingredients-Take 20-25 grapes, Take some min leaves and one pinch of salt.

Process-

  • Put all items in the blender jar and grind it for 2 minutes. if you want you can strain it.
  • It is a very delicious juice.

  • one large leaf of aloe vera(Take a fresh mature leaf of Alo vera. Clean it properly. Carefully peel off the outer layer of the leaf to open its gel-like part.)

Process-

  • Extract gel from the leaf. Remove the bitter yellow substance from the leaf.
  • place cleaned gel into a blender and add a cup of water.
  • Blend it until it becomes smooth.
  • You can add honey as per the test.

  • 1 piece of fresh turmeric root (or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder)
  • 1 medium-sized beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • you can add a pinch of black pepper.

Instructions:

  • Wash and peel the beetroot, then cut it into small chunks.
  • Peel the fresh turmeric root and chop it finely.
  • Cut the apple into pieces, removing the core and seeds.
  • Add 1 TSP lemon juice
  • In a blender, add the beetroot, turmeric, apple slices, and lemon juice.
  • Blend it properly.
